I've tried the other brands. They are much too salty. EX1 is the BEST especially for high heat with high humidity and staying outdoors all day.
But for the love all good things, BRING BACK CITRUS flavor!!
I use these for my short bowel from extensive Crohn's disease.
In the high heat in summer or during a flare I will switch to Ceralyte 90
This product works great and I’ve tried just about everything out there. I highly recommend it!
Does the job, tastes decent, and is a very clean product.
