UPDATE: Cerasport sponsored Kelly Benefit Strategies/LSV Men's Elite Cycling Team 3 for 3 in State TT Championships! Congrats guys!

Race Report:

"Just a quick update on our racing since the Elite National Championships - the highlight being wins in the Mid-Atlantic time trial championships, the VA State TT (TT=Time Trial) championships, and the PA State Championships, bringing us to 18 wins on the season.

The MABRA TT was contested by Blair Berbert, Andrew Seitz, Chris Jones, and Dakota Schaeffer. Blair walked away with the win, but unfortunately strong winds hurt any chances to lower the course record set last year. Andrew Seitz came away with 3rd place as well.

The following weekend, Chris raced and won the VA State TT, while Jon D'Alba and Dakota both raced the PA State TT, with Jon taking the win there.

Blair and Andrew will race the New England and NY State TTs later this year and hopefully complete the sweep by winning the TT championships for each state where we have eligible riders.

We also raced in the MABRA criteriums championships with the full team. This was a hard race for us as we were very heavily marked by the entire rest of the field. The course was very easy to draft on, so it quickly became clear that the race would be won out of a field sprint. Our team took charge with a leadout in the last 10 laps, which turned out to be just a little early. One mistake in the last lap cost us the win, with Ben Frederick and Ben Fogle coming in as our top riders in 4th and 5th places. This was definitely a painful loss for us and one that we've learned a lot from!

Coming up, we have the MABRA Road Race Championships at Page Valley, VA this weekend, and then the Iron Hill Criterium, a USA Crits event, held outside Philadelphia, PA, the following weekend. Wish us luck!"
